Deputies responded to a call made at approximately 3:30 a.m., detailing a suspicious person spotted between houses under construction. A caller provided a thorough description of the individual and the vehicle involved, which aided deputies in their investigation.
Upon locating the vehicle, a 2010 Nissan Versa, authorities noticed that the license plate was covered with duct tape, raising further suspicion.
