The project is part of a broader initiative to enhance sustainable tourism in the region and is set to break ground in the first quarter of 2026.
The 18-hole championship golf course, designed to offer a unique combination of mountain and ocean views, will feature a par-72 layout extending 6,900 yards. Construction is expected to allow at least nine holes to be playable by 2027, with a full completion date anticipated in the last quarter of 2028. The design will be executed by renowned architect Mike Nuzzo, who has garnered acclaim through his previous work at Cabot Citrus Farms.
