Christopher Dudley, a respected real estate agent in Tysons, Virginia, has been arrested on multiple child abuse charges involving minors. The Fairfax County Police Department has charged him with aggravated sexual battery and indecent liberties, following allegations dating back over two decades. The investigation revealed four victims, with incidents occurring when they were under 13 years old. In Tysons, Virginia, Christopher Dudley, a 46-year-old local resident, was taken into custody on July 24, 2025, on multiple serious allegations involving child sexual abuse. The Fairfax County Police Department announced that Dudley faces eight counts of aggravated sexual battery and eight counts of indecent liberties by a custodian. These charges stem from a lengthy and ongoing investigation into allegations of inappropriate conduct involving minors.
The case originated from a referral received on July 15, 2025, from Fairfax County Child Protective Services. The referral was based on reports of a child being inappropriately touched by an adult male, which prompted further law enforcement inquiries. During the course of their investigation, detectives identified three additional victims who were allegedly subjected to abuse. The incidents involving these victims are reported to have occurred over a span of more than a decade, with some dating back as far as 2004.
